Was it really necessary to return 31K of text to the List when only the first line of your message dealt with your topic?

I mean......I'm new at this! I hope I don't ever foul up to this degree. 

Your apologies (minus superfluous text) will be accepted, I'm sure, but if it's accompanied by everything else that you've already read, then there must be something dreadfully wrong with the way you prepare your message.

Suggestion. Try "delete" before you compose, but don't lose your "composure" over this.
