In todays times (do you realise we're in the 21st Century) of increasing
technology many people regularly upgrade, my ISP sent me a disk with IE5 and
Outlook express which installs and you can then not be bothered whether you
receive HTML or not. The general impression I get that if you dont
consistanly upgrade then you do get left behind, I stayed with IE 3.02 and
Internet mail as long as I could.
