Hi Richard,

QuatroPro was one of the first spread sheet programs to be able to
address other spread sheets in a three dimensional format.  Look up
@lookup or @link or @name or @file.  You should be able to maintain
multiple sheets linked together with automatic transaction processing.

Also you can call for help at any time.  They are incredibly helpful.

Don't ask me how to do it, I don't know, but I do know that it can be
done relatively easily.
