Whereabouts of SteveMcClintock

Greg,

What do you need in the program? I read Bill Ballards post
and have to admit I was a bit mind-boggled. Really, a
perfectly great system for contacting custmers and keeping
up on appointments due is the old tickler method with a post
card inserted in an upcoming months folder. The customer
fills out the postcard and you slip it in the file. This probably
is the least time consuming way to keep up with customers.
The more I use computers in my business the less I like the
over complexity of it all. I have to admit I don't use any of the
appointments due capabilities of PSM, limited as they are. I
am too busy as it is. If I contacted all my customers as I
should, I would be swamped beyond belief. Of course I could
hire technicians but I'm not ready for that.

David I.
