Ken, Hubbard (MA) has Delrin, possibly leather plectra, and wire. 978-443-3417 reaches them, also they're online at http://hubharp.com/ ; so is the Instrument Workshop (OR), at http://fortepiano.com, or 800 442 6038 - and they have an online catalog. Zuckerman probably sells it too. The wire Schaff stocks is thin music wire and yellow brass; these are not always appropriate replacements. You get quill from dead crows; I didn't have the stomache to pluck the smelly carcass I got once as a present, though. If the Baldwin needs replacement parts such as jacks, you might contact Kaeser Instruments (CT). They will make custom jacks from a sample. http://www.synderblox.com/kaeserinstruments/index.html or 1-860-599-2640. Hope this helps. Clark
