Him Coleman is correct.  There is one possibility; the stack is loose,
loose screws or the toe blocks have become unglued allowing the stack
to be raised by the pressure from the capstans.  This should show as a
lowering of the keys in the front but...

Strange things happen.

Keep us informed.

Before doing any regulation work do the following:

Check the level of the keys.
Tighten all action, rail and bracket screws including let-off rail if
present.
Space hammers to the strings.
Raise the hammers to 48 mm from hammer peak to underside of the
strings.
Check the position of the jacks, back edge of jack and knuckle insert
in a straight line.
Check the dip.
Check the let-off.
Check rep. springs.
Check damper timing.
