Hi Wim,

If the click is occuring at the moment of hammer contact with the string,
and it's happening on a group of adjacent notes, and only on a hard blow, my
guess is that the hammer shanks are coming in contact with the spring rail.
If the rail is adjusted too close to the shanks, they can touch on a hard
blow because of the bending of the shank, and not touch on a soft blow.  If
this is the case, shimming the rail is the cure.
