New Keys with Ivory Keytops

Folks,

I have a client who wants ivory keytops put back on his 1894 Steinway D.
Whoever replaced the originals with plastic ones really butchered the keys
during the changeover. It's probably best if I can replace the keys, if
possible. Anyone have some recommendations for who does this kind of work,
new keys with ivory tops?

If I have to use these same keys, any recommendations for someone who
re-covers with ivories?
