Don't want to beat this to death, but must comment.
Most customers have no idea how well you tuned their piano. If you came to
the door on time, dressed like a professional, act like a professional, and
do a timely job mixed with a little pleasant conversation, people will like
you and have you come back.  I recall away back when folks wondered about
the little box...I explain it is a small computer that can compute the
correct pitch for each note of the piano as well as, or better than I can;
modern hi-tech stuff. That seems to do the trick every time.
