Take apple cider vinegar - one tablespoon/day. It will keep the calcium in
solution in your blood, so it won't deposit and form spurs. Not any other
vinegar-just apple cider. The best is by Bragg-organic, in a health food
store, but any other will do the trick.

Combined with glucosamine sulfate (1500mg/day) it will cure and/or prevent
most cases of osteoarthritis. How do I know? It worked for me, my
brother, my wife's family, and three friends, one of whom had crippling
calcium deposits at the base of his spine and was scheduled for surgery.
He could't even get up to answer the telephone. Now he's playing golf (no
surgery)!

Give it at least 3 months, and don't skip a day. You can put it in your
salad dressing, or mix it with honey. Some people actually like the taste
of it straight.
