The Reyburn Accu-Switch II is your answer.

I happen to have two brand new ones I purchased for back-up when I owned
two Accu-Tuners.  Now that I am a primary RCT user with a SAT II back-up,
I'm ready to sell these items.  Warranty card still unused.

I also have for sale Reyburn's Tuning Manager 3.01, MAC version, for SATs
with MIDI capabilities.
