Opening my mouth almost anywhere comes immediately to mind. Be that as it may, I made the appointment, and was informed that they would be using the piano that morning and we'd have to reschedule for next week. This after I made room for his "emergency". Does self righteous indignation beat humility, or do you need three of a kind? Ron N
