SAT Pitch Raise to Lower Pitch

Yes, as I indicated in my previous post, I am familiar with Resetting to
Non-Standard Pitch. The problem arises when one tries to pitch-raise to a
non-standard pitch. The SAT seems to only pitch-raise to A440 pitch.
