Quiz Answer Try: Balancier hardwood insert experiencing glue failure?

I just reglued several inserts on a 14-year old Samick grand yesterday. Had
a nice little click - at first I thought it was coming from the loose
keytops - but then I saw they were all falling off, and only a few keys
clicked!
