Mike,
    This system will easily run TuneLab. I believe Mr. Scott wrote this
for a 486 or greater CPU so no problem. It actually requires very little
resources. You will need a microphone which you can pick up at any
computer supplies store. I suggest that you buy the best one you can
find of the condenser variety. They are small and the highest price I
found for one was about $20. Good luck with your efforts. I think you'll
like TuneLab a lot!
