Larger piano? was Re: Decibel Levels

Not necessarily no. I dont have any hard facts, scientific data etc to back that
up but I have definantly heard smaller grands out boom bigger ones.

In fact I have sort have gotten the feeling that the C3's of today out boom the
C6's of today, and thats of the same make..and basic series... the Yamaha
conservatory series. Course this could be my imagination but those C3's seem to
have a lot of sound for such a small grand.
