Terry, A piece with sustained tones covering a broad range of the piano, not too loud. Debussy's "Reverie" is a good example. One of the Chopin Mazurkas might do. Schumann wrote a number of short pieces. What were the "Five Easy Pieces" that were in the movie? Since you're not playing a concert, just checking out and demonstrating the tuning, you might cut it short at the first or second cadence. About the only time I'll play the whole piece is if it's a really nice piano, or if, on rare occasion, it appears that the owner has come in to listen to their piano. If it's a dog, I'll play a few chords and call it a tuning.
