In my experience the school administration, or even music department rarely knows
what the piano has or has not been actually used for throughout a given year. It
is highly unlikely that rubber wheels will split if used indoors on smooth floors
or rugs. Sounds like its been rolled accross the playground to the gym for a
concert or something of the sort to me.
