Burnout/not excusable language

Patrick,

 I wish you had put the word Christian in quotes. For those who would beat
their wive and abuse their children are certainly NOT Christians. To
continually draw that association confirms in the minds of non-Christians
the worst stereotypes that they see presented in today's popular culture.
And, it gives fuel to those who yell loudest about "DIVERSITY" and yet
actively seek to hurt those who are diverse. Very sad. I am a Christian;
and, believe it or not, I do not beat my wife nor do I abuse my kids. A
Christian does not pretend to be better than others. A Christian does not
have at their disposal all of the truth. But, they do believe that it
exists. An opinion is not a verity. Salvation through grace. That is the
great mystery. If you have it, you understand. If not, try to keep an open
mind if not heart. Being Christian is no excuse to be judgemental. Nor, is
being non-Christian.

Woowaa! Glad you said it and not me. This can of worms crossed my mind, but
I didn't have the %&$$# to address it! Thanks.
