Fabric softener

If any of you have ever been privvy to the banter in an operating room, you
know that the most serious, professional and dedicated of medical doctors
also are human. And, they engage in humor as a form of tension release and
perspective gathering. Our threads of discussion often wind and weave in
mysterious ways. As much as anything, we are trying to make high precision
results using low precision materials. That is part of the frustration and
the joy in this work. So, Simon, relax a bit, gather what pearls and
oysters you find herein, and, let all of us be human, too.
Respectfully,
Robin Blankenship

(P.S., I nick-named my first born son "Snuggle-butt", and he is a hard-nosed
firefighter in Colorado)
