There should also be some preface to the web-version. The above URL is temporary. The pages are planned to be placed at the Royal Swedish Academy of Music's website when they are completed. I also plan to make it possible to download the whole thing, once it is reasonably completed. In the meantime, please enjoy it in the present version.
