Hi Richard

if one semitone = a 1/2 step, then 2 1/2 steps equal a step which equal a
tone.

i.e. 100 cents = semitone and 200 equal a tone and 200 also equal 2 semitones.

*starting to rumage around for the "lost note" LOL!
