The damper spring tension is distorting the action.  If toy
look up my earlier post on this you will find I suggested
you find properly timed dampers _in each section_.  You can
compensate for the spring tension by doing this one section
at a time.  THese things are a pain and you seem to be
getting the hang of the little bas....
