Phil; Seems to rather be like the Glass thingee......you know half empty or half full? I suppose it depends on the frame of mind and general outlook on life of the person reading it. I think it means that paying a tech who is well known for competency and charges accordingly is cheaper than paying several techs who aren't and don't fix the problems..........but what do I know I'm jus a po ole swamp thing. :-) Jim Bryant (FL)
