Pinblock Fit

Hi Newton,

You stated "The most compelling reason to properly fit a block to the plate 
flange is to prevent delamination amongst all the others."  Say what?  
Amongst all the other pinblocks in the world or laminations?  I'm always 
interested in hearing what you have to say but this post wasn't so clear.  
What exactly is happening on your back porch? :) 
Could you have another go at it?
