Observations on this thread and FWIW Dept:

The easiest and most practical way to do business with companies in the
piano industry is by requesting to open an account.  Once you are processed
and approved, doing business is a walk in the park.

On the other hand, however, expecting a company to honor business without
this simple procedure, and then somehow casting blame on or criticizing
said entity because cooperation seems somewhat nil, appears to me to be a
waste of time, a reflection of poor judgement, and a potential cause for
ill-will.
