What are you doing with water-based-laquer? Are you applying it to hammers
to "Laquer" them? Interesting. Describe what it does. Seems like you would
have water acting to soften the felt, and laquer (or polyurethane or
whatever is actually in the paint) working to harden the felt. Please, info.
