Convincing customer - humidity

I used to carry around the video by Dampp Chaser (8 minutes) and show it to 
just about every new customer. It really helped them to appreciate the effects 
of humidity on their piano. I can't say what else it did; I didn't sell 
any Dampp Chaser products from it. But they all appreciated seeing it.
