Broken screw in Steinway hammer rail

Greetings, 
   You may have to drill it out, plug the hole, and retap.  But if you can 
get a very small Dremel cut-off blade to it, you may be able to cut a slot, 
and then turn it out with a small screwdriver.  Good luck, this is a tough 
one.
