Remember three things: 1.) The subject of this list is piano work. 2.) This is a nation of laws, not policy by local blowhard expatriate communities. This boy is not a legal immigrant to this country (even by the distended exceptions afforded to arriving Cubans), the legal custody for him belongs to his father, and the legal manuevers by the boy's Miami relatives have no standing which approaches anything near the INS's jurisdiction and his father's entitlements. Much as the Miami ex-Cuban community and its sympathizers would like to turn this into a Moses-in-the-bullrushes miracle, it is nothing more or less than a simple re-patriation, the fate which Salvadorans, Guatemalans, Hondurans, and Haitians (all of them fleeing far worse tyrants than Castro) routinely face. 3.)
