I think that is SO true!  Even in the absence of a "Liberace" Harry
Homepiano Owners will get their pianos tuned if they notice a difference in
the "before" and "after" the piano tuner sound. That is why it is so
important to sometimes do more than just "tune" a piano.  Make sure it plays
properly and sometimes it makes an 80% difference  in the sound if you spend
a few minutes on the voicing.

Actually, what is driving the parents of the young to learn to play the
piano, especially among the more competitive immigrant cultures, is the
perceived "edge" their kid will have getting into college.  Plus, the study
that showed that youngsters starting piano at an early age do better on
standardized tests doesn't do any harm either.

I'll bet if Leo DiCapprio was in a movie playing the piano, it would help!
What we need is a remake of "The Competition" starring Leo and Gwyneth
Paltro!
