I have tuned one of these 4 pedal pianos. Restored a little in Denver
before it was brought to Phoenix. (I think by Mr. Bloch)

3rd pedal operated a mute rail, 4th a mandolin rail. Piano tuned well
and had a good sound. It did need new hammers and action work that I
almost got to do before the family moved. (I really wanted to hear it
with new hammers and a solid action.)

Great family to work for, triplets that I was able to see every six
months from age 3 months to 6 years old. They never made noise and
usually set on the top of the stairs watching. One even drew a picture
of her house, dog, and me tuning. Kept on my refridgerator for a long
time.

The moved to Pennsylvania, father is a pilot, some technician will be
lucky to get this client. I did recommend RPT's in the area to which
they were moving.
