Bill I think the PTJ had an article on boring jigs a few years ago. Can't remember the issue number. But anyway, I combined some of the features of them and made one out of UHMW plastic. The jig holds the hammer molding's center axis on its rotating center axis. This allows me to bore at any angle and have the center line of the shank pass through the center axis of the hammer-very fast and accurate to drill the "sweep" from the tenor up to the treble. all other settings are adjustable too. I couldn't find all of the features I wanted in any one jig.
