Hi Richard,

Search the archives, there have also been articles in the Journal
but otherwise I don't know.  Perhaps look for information in your
piano tech text books.

It is simple.  Stand practice standard prices.  Non standard
practices non standard prices.

Of course if you enjoy working twice as hard then be my guest but I
have doing anything twice, unless I get paid for it.
