Unless a tech from Taiwan steps forward on the list, I think your options are limited. You might consider reattaching the pieces with epoxy or even CA glue, and then reinforcing the bracket with a heavy layer of thick epoxy. Do any of the Great Thinkers on the list think this would work? Thinking more pessimstically: if the broken action bracket is indeed the result of the piano being dropped, it's possible that now there is a misalignment between the keybed and the plate (strings etc) which would put excess stress on the bracket, even if perfectly repaired.
