Could it be the jack slap rail too close, blocking the jack escapement.
Also if the damper slap rail is too close the dampers jamb giving a spongy
feel in the keys.
The balance rail pins may be slanting back too far jambing against the rear
of the key balance mortices.
Also I'd chech the capstans just in case something has moved.
