Try Aircraft Spruce and Specialty or Wicks Aircraft Supply. These are non traditional sources for piano builders, but they deliver quality wood quickly for a one-off or small run project. They cut to about any orientation, size and length you can imagine. Prices aren't too bad. Wicks (618) 654-7447, Aircraft Spruce(800) 824-1930. Both companies have web sites.
