If he's ever going to make it to Alpha Centauri, he won't have 
time for a pocket-sized minivisit to Mars and Jupiter! Sort of 
like dropping off to have a coffee at the corner Deli, while flying to 
Zanzibar. 

Maybe Antares, our resident Stellar, will clarify the distances 
involved.
