And with that "layer" reference I though you were going to mention my
fundament.  Speaking of which, I have broken the 180 pound barrier. 
Sunday 178, Tuesday 179.  I have already eaten and drank a lot of
coffee (chill in the air here).

I seem to be doing a lot of chair dusting lately.
