Newton Hunt has a GREAT little book on time required for most of the piano jobs you''ll find. Just multiply those hour figures by your labor cost per hour(I get $60/hr) and subtract a little for not having to travel between jobs ( and just because it's a big job) and you'll be in the ball park.
