Thanks for responses to my query about the rather sad, new-looking PSO. 
The folks live in a home costing 2-3 times what mine cost, in a
neighborhood where folks don't move without significant bucks.

I guess I am still a bit naive, and I should like  people to get what
they pay for.  However,  I did a "floor tuning" on a piano in one of the
branch stores a year or so ago, with a price tag of $1600. I wouldn't
have given the piano away, it was so awful (spinet- old, almost
untunable......)  Amazing to me.   "Let the buyer beware"
