I have seen and tuned one. The bench had a record player in it. There must have been records to go with this unit but I have not heard of any. Since there was no soundboard there was no bridge. I can't remember how the speaking length was determined. I am surprised this concept didn't catch on, or wasn't continued after the war. Would have been great for combos and any place that used a pa system. Should have been a lot cheaper to make wo the sb and bridge.
