Jerry, the next time you tune a Kawai, Young Chang, Yamaha, Steinway
or other such grand piano, remove the lyre and take a good look at
it.  On a Steinway you may need help getting the braces and lyre in
plate simultaneously because you will need three hands.  There is a
way to do this one handedly if you would like to me share the secret.

The best way to learn is to take them apart.
