We are here to help but frankly your last paragraph is not understandable.
Perhaps you could pose your questions more clearly.

Regarding the answering machine:  There were messages after your message on
the tape, so it is improbable that there was not enough room on the tape.
Each message can last up to 2 minutes (even though you did not use this much
time).  If you need more time than 2 minutes, you will need to make an
additional call to the toll-free number.
