Well, that's pretty much that. H2O2 seems to be as transient as school
reform, tax reform, and government reform. Soon after it's applied, it
re-forms. The difference seems to be that H2O2 becomes harmless in the
process. I'm impressed. Thanks all, I never was any good with chemistry.
