Ola,

I have a copy of Michael Kimbell's "50 Aural Tests for Equal
Temperament." It is a two-page list (in piano staff form) of all the
tests you might need to tune (F2 - A4) and it shows the beat speeds for
all the intervals.

I don't have a good scanner but I could send a photocopy of it by US
mail. Let me know if you'd like a copy.
