Well Mr. Harvey this question beats Tenactin spraying!! :-)
 I think that these/those parts were dipped into a container where the
parrafin was at almost a boiling temperature. This was done to "saturate" the
intended portion/parts as the object was to stop moisture problems. If I am
not mistaken Dr. C. gave us quite a good description of this process last
year.........
