Just score it with a sharp knife and it will snap apart, the deeper the
scoring the easier and cleaner the snap line. Use a straight edge to keep the
score lines straight.

I cut sheets of pyrallin with an old paper cutter, the type with the large lever with a knife attached and it worked great.
