Most pianos that I encounter need some pitch adjustment, so I go over the tuning 2, and possibly 3 times in one sitting. That means the usual tuning is 1.5 hours, or maybe 2 hours if the pitch raise is over 50 cents. Don't get too fancy with the temperament tests until you've got the pitch very stable. Good luck!
