I'm not concerned about loosing clients. I just don't think it's in the best interest of the piano, piano owner, or our profession to have more half-fast technicians. The material will be more easily passed around in that format. I believe it will contribute to the watering down of craftsmanship and further lessen the value of being a member and an RPT.
